What does it do?

The Landex mission is to support and promote member colleges by representing their interests and helping them to ensure high quality provision of education, training and related activity primarily for the land based sector.

Landex seeks to:

• promote the activities of member colleges
• present a professional single voice on matters related to land based education and training
• Implement a programme of Quality Assurance self regulation amongst member colleges
• ensure effective dialogue with
  • Funding Bodies
  • Government Departments
  • Regional Development Agencies
  • Industry Bodies and Professional Associations
  • Other college Associations
  • Business support and related organisations
• enhance the status of member colleges
• provide information to member colleges
• represent colleges on a range of other bodies
